Penelope Irwin is a Portland-based, Local 488, hair and makeup stylist. She developed her industry sea legs in the fast-paced commercial world of L.A. before setting her sights on the beautiful Pacific Northwest and heading for Oregon.

She has worked on movie, commercial and still sets with clients such as Nike, Lionsgate, Facebook, Wells Fargo, AT&T, Lifetime and DJ Khaled.

She is professional, chatty and fun, and a loving plant daddy.
